"Services" include all functionality provided by the Platform to enable the connection, reservation management, and commission transactions between venues and promoters.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Linkrz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for your business operations. You agree not to use this Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide on the Platform and to update it as necessary. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform.

5. Using this Platform in any way that impacts user access to this Platform.
6. Using this Platform contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Platform, or to any person or business entity.

This Platform is provided "as is," with all faults, and Linkrz makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Platform or the materials contained on this Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Linkrz, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Platform whether such liability is under contract.

9. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Linkrz from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

11. Variation of Terms

Linkrz is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Platform, you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

12. Assignment

Linkrz is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Linkrz and you in relation to your use of this Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Dubai, UAE, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes. However, Linkrz retains the right to use any international arbitration center of its choice for the resolution of disputes.
